Emerald Astra will mark the next evolution of Emerald Cruises’ award-winning river fleet. Designed to mirror the sleek elegance of the line’s luxury superyachts, the ship features a modern, grey-tinted glass exterior and will welcome 180 guests.
The updated design focuses on both style and functionality, offering guests’ favorite amenities such as the pool/cinema combination, multiple dining options, and a sun deck dedicated to relaxation and panoramic views. All interiors have also been enhanced with a sleek, contemporary design, ensuring a sophisticated and spacious atmosphere for travelers on Europe’s rivers.

This is why we cover all port charges, provide all meals on board with accompanying beverages, offer complimentary Wi-Fi, and cover all gratuities on board and onshore as standard. Join them on board for classes such yoga or aqua aerobics—or head to the gym if you prefer to work out on your own schedule. In 2022, Emerald Azzurra was the first yacht to launch under the Emerald Cruises brand – a 100-guest yacht sailing the warm waters of the Mediterranean, Adriatic, Caribbean and Central America – followed in August 2023 by its sister, Emerald Sakara. Emerald Cruises has proudly unveiled its next generation luxury ocean yacht, Emerald Kaia, the latest innovation in Emerald Cruises’ yacht fleet which will set sail in April 2026.
